Thursday, April 27th, was meant to mark the return of the 1st Amendment to UC Berkeley under the arms of the conservative stalwart Ann Coulter. Multiple news outlets, who rely on the rights provided by freedom of speech, are reporting that this is no longer the case. The left used everything in their ANTI–FirstAmendment playbook to prove that speech can be silenced.
UC Berkeley, a former beacon of free speech and now the current leader in safe spaces and thought policing, used every procedural loophole to stymie this event. Yesterday, Ann persevered even when YAF conceded defeat. Today, however, is a different day. Multiple news outlets have stated that she will not be speaking at Berkeley on the 27th.
While we await confirmation, Milo has announced plans for his Free Speech Week:
My proposed Free Speech Week will proceed as planned later this year. I WILL BRING AN ARMY IF I HAVE TO. We will ensure that Ann and others can speak and we will publicly, ritually humiliate UC Berkeley for its failure to meet its legal obligations until conservative speakers no longer fear violent mobs just for exercising their First Amendment rights.
What we can confirm is this: Ann Coulter is currently airborne and on her way to California. We have a confirmed source who is in contact. The moment we have confirmation as to what her plans entail, we will report directly to you. Stay tuned as this story develops.
